Leadership Women is proud to announce the appointment of Brandi White as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & President, marking an exciting new chapter in the organization’s continued growth and impact.

Brandi White brings deep experience leading mission-driven organizations, building and strengthening programs, and navigating complex systems, equipping her to advance Leadership Women’s next chapter of growth and influence.

“I am honored to join Leadership Women as its next CEO and President to help lead this remarkable organization into its next chapter,” said Brandi White. “For nearly 45 years, Leadership Women has been dedicated to equipping women leaders with the network, tools, and training to lead boldly. I look forward to building on that legacy and accelerating our reach for the women and organization’s we serve.”

Since its inception in 1983, Leadership Women has championed the advancement of women’s personal, professional, and economic growth through education, meaningful connections, and expanded opportunities. We are confident that White’s innovative vision and strategic leadership will accelerate our mission and amplify our future impact.

Heidi Murray will continue to act as our Chief Operating Officer and Laura Logan as Director of Administration.

Over the past 10 years, Linda elevated the organization to new levels of visibility, strength, and influence. Her decision to step down reflects a thoughtful transition that creates space for continued evolution and fresh perspective.
