Fran Dillard is the director of Global Diversity & Inclusion for Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). She oversees and leads the global diversity strategy and equity and compliance programs for the MFC business area, a $10 billion enterprise that employs 19,000 people. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in April 2019, Fran was the Global Diversity & Inclusion director for Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas. She has over 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience and has worked in the banking, manufacturing and airline industries in various senior leadership roles in operations, HR, employee relations and talent management. Fran is passionately involved in the local community and is an active member of the North Texas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America. An alumni of Leadership America, Fran also sits on the board of directors for Leader Women. She is a fellow of the National African American Women’s Leadership Institute (NAAWLI).
Kelly Condon is responsible for developing and executing strategies that cultivate and maintain a culture of inclusion for Space’s nearly 19,000 employees worldwide. She leads Space’s equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and diversity and inclusion programs to positively impact diverse talent pipelines, employee engagement and retention, and inclusive leadership behaviors. She supports Space’s Inclusion Council and Employee Resource Groups in partnership with executive leadership. Prior to her current role, Kelly served for over six years as Space’s Assistant General Counsel with expertise in labor and employment law. Before working in Legal, Kelly spent four years working as Director of Ethics and Business Conduct. Partnering with her staff, Space’s Ethics Steering Committee and leadership, Kelly supported a a diverse environment. Kelly received her BA in International Relations and French from Beloit College and her JD from the Univ. of Wisconsin at Madison.
