Leadership Women will convene its second national summit on September 25-26, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia. This conference will assemble leaders for a national conversation with internationally recognized experts in their respective fields who will address key issues affecting the future of our communities, across our nation and around the world. The goal is to inform and inspire, empower and engage the participants – from communities large and small – to be agents of change who are shaping the future of the nation. The Summit begins with an Opening Keynote Presentation & Reception on Friday, September 25, 2020. Keynote Speakers and Topical Breakouts led by noted presenters in their respective areas of expertise will be held throughout the day on Saturday, September 26, with an Awards Dinner to be highlighted that evening. Summit attendees will include LW graduates and concerned citizens, women and men, from around the country.

The LW National Summit is a one and a half day event, starting on Friday, September 25, 2020. We anticipate bringing together 250 women and men from across the country who are concerned with the issues facing our nation and who see the need for change from a female perspective.
Who are our graduates? Leadership Women participants are corporate and community leaders. They represent states across the country and 67% are between the ages of 34-54. Current graduates include representatives from PepsiCo, Kaiser Permanente, Texas Instruments, Southwest Airlines, Oncor Electric, Campbell Soup Company, MGH Institute of Health Professions, and many other companies that value executive leadership skills.
Leadership Women is a 501c(3) non-profit, non-partisan organization that promotes women’s leadership by providing educational and experiential learning opportunities for women across the country. The mission of Leadership Women is to ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life.
