Mary Beth Harrington

Mary Beth Harrington has served a variety of non-profits in several capacities over the past 20+ years. For the past nine years she has served as the President of 501c3 Empowering Nonprofits, LLC. Previously, Mary Beth served as Director of Curriculum & Development at the San Antonio Area Foundation, Executive Director of the Austin Public Library Foundation, Director of Agency Relations at the Volunteer Center of North Texas (VCNT), Volunteer Coordinator at the Dallas Public Library, Director of Marketing at BloodCare, Information Specialist at the Dallas Zoo and most notably as Director of Community Outreach at the Texas Association of Nonprofit Organizations (TANO). Hired as the first employee at TANO, in three years Harrington was able to grow the organization from no members to a membership of 1000 organizations and communicate on a regular basis to over 12,000 nonprofit leaders throughout Texas via TANOgram. An enthusiastic speaker, Mary Beth has spent these past years advocating for the nonprofit sector throughout Texas and the nation, articulating the issues facing our nonprofit community and how nonprofits need to work together to be more effective and sustainable. Previous to her experience in nonprofit management, Mary Beth spent the first ten years of her career in the public relations and advertising field where she promoted both national and local clients – everything from a building implosion to cinnamon rolls.
Yesenia A. Moore
Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion

Yesenia Aguayo Moore, vice-president of Diversity & Inclusion at Texas Instruments, has nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She has held roles in talent development, university recruiting, employee relations and HR management. Most recently she led the HR strategy and agenda to improve capability and drive performance, profitability and engagement for a major division at TI. Yesenia earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources & Industrial Relations both from the University of Illinois. She also holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. Yesenia is married and has a soon to be teenage son and a 9-year-old daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys being a part of the Peloton spinning community, dancing, cooking new dishes, and traveling. She is also a member of Jack & Jill of America.
Deana Sanders

Deana Sanders (Austin, Texas) has held a variety of positions in the IT industry supporting the public sector either as a consultant or as an employee, where she enjoys the complexity of serving an agency’s constituents while bringing a consultant’s mindset to that organization. She is currently a Senior IT Project Manager at Luna Data Solutions. She has a BS in Geology from Millsaps College and an MS in Geology from the University of Memphis. She is a member of P.E.O. Executive Women in Texas Government, Austin Women in Technology, and the Leadership Texas Class of 2018.
