Sheilah P. Clay (Detroit, Michigan) is the Director of Training Quality and Retention for the Mayor’s Office of Workforce Development in the City of Detroit. Prior to this position, Sheilah had retired as the President and CEO of Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO) a multi-million dollar nonprofit human service organization serving the homeless, mentally ill older adults, persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, persons experiencing psychiatric emergencies, integrated health and housing development. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.; Links, Inc.; National Alumnae Association of Spelman College and is a 2014 graduate of Leadership America.

Jodi Joyce (Bellingham, WA) is the CEO of Unity Care NW, a small network of community health centers in Whatcom County, Washington. Unity Care provides medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services for all regardless of their ability to pay. Jodi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Wheaton College (IL), her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern University, and her Master’s in Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Women and Leadership at the University of Illinois – Chicago. Jodi is a 2016 graduate of Leadership America.
