Sue Mercer (Midland, Texas) is the Wet Region Manager of Customer Operations at Oncor Electric Delivery, overseeing 11 West Texas cities. She has served on various civic and community boards, including the United Way and Chambers of Commerce. Sue is a current member of the Midland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is a Past President of Ennis Chamber of Commerce and Snyder Chamber of Commerce and a former Chair of the Scurry County United Way. Sue is also Past President of the Women’s International Network of Utility Professionals, currently serves as a member of that organization’s International Board of Directors and has received the organizations prestigious OAK Award for Outstanding Membership. Sue presently serves as a member of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce Executive Board, Midland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Grow Odessa Industrial Development Corporation Board, the Permian Basin Workforce Development Board, was a city appointee to the Midland Census 2010 Complete Count Committee, and was West Region Chairman of the corporate 2009 Oncor United Way Committee.
