Retha Youell (College Station, Texas) has been a leader in the fields of Human Resources and Risk Management for more than 30 years. She has extensive public sector experience and her private-sector experience includes insurance, commercial real estate and adult education. An active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the Association for Talent Development, and the Public Risk Managers Association, Retha is currently the Risk and Workforce Compliance Manager for the City of College Station. In addition to her role as an integral part of the City’s Human Resources Program, the loss control program she manages in 2017 was recognized in Public Risk Magazine.
