Yesenia Aguayo Moore (Dallas, Texas), Vice-President of Diversity & Inclusion at Texas Instruments, has nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources. She has held roles in talent development, university recruiting, employee relations and HR management. Most recently she led the HR strategy and agenda to improve capability and drive performance, profitability and engagement for a major division at TI. Yesenia earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resources & Industrial Relations both from the University of Illinois. She also holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. Yesenia is married and has a soon to be teenage son and a 9-year-old daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys being a part of the Peloton spinning community, dancing, cooking new dishes, and traveling. She is also a member of Jack & Jill of America.
