Shannon Caldwell (Lawrenceville, Georgia) builds new capacity for organizations and helps great businesses and businesspeople tell their stories to investors and stakeholders.  She is presently leading the redesign of career management for executive and professional MBA students at the University of Georgia, after building the full-time MBA career program for the school.  She previously started and ran two new functions for Columbia University’s business school.  She worked in business development for telecommunications service provider Omnipoint before its sale to T-Mobile, and in investment banking raising capital for industrial companies at Salomon Brothers before its sale to Citi.  She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an MFA in creative writing from The New School, and a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
