Lavitia Brunson (Dallas, Texas) has a mission is to meet, engage and support as many People as possible throughout life. Her intent is to leave every situation and interaction better than when she came to it and help shift the perspectives of individuals toward empowerment and engagement. In her 27 years at Southwest Airlines, Lavitia has served in Employee Labor/ Relations, Center Operations, Payroll & Leave Management, as well as navigating the logistics of a myriad of technology projects with Teams of Subject Matter Experts in the Customer Support & Services Department. Lavitia graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Science Degree from St. Joseph’s University and a focus on Organization Leadership and Development. She enjoys giving to others and spends her spare time sharing her acquired skills as a certified Gallup Strengths Coach mentoring and speaking.
