LaShanda Reed-Larry (Mansfield, Texas) is a global leader who has spent nearly 20 years developing diversity and inclusion strategies for large corporations across diverse industries, including aviation, health care, manufacturing and defense. LaShanda’s integrated approach to achieving fairness, equity and belonging in the workplace has contributed to stronger employee value propositions, greater representation of historically underrepresented groups in leadership and increased employer brand recognition. LaShanda volunteers her time with organizations and causes focused on improving the lives of children, women and underserved populations.  She has been recognized by D CEO Magazine among the Dallas 500 influential business leaders. LaShanda is a graduate of Southern University and A&M College with a B.S. in Accounting and a certified Diversity & Inclusion Executive.  She is an alumnus of several Leadership Women programs and has served on the board since 2015. LaShanda and her husband are proud parents of three sons.
