Fran Dillard (Lantana, Texas) is the Vice President and Chief Diversity Inclusion Officer for Micron. Prior to joining Micron she served as the director of Diversity and Inclusion for Lockheed Martin and was the Global Diversity & Inclusion director for Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas. She has over 20 years of Human Resources (HR) experience and has worked in the banking, manufacturing and airline industries in various senior leadership roles in operations, HR, employee relations and talent management. Fran is passionately involved in the local community and is an active member of the North Texas Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. where she has held numerous leadership roles and was appointed as the National Chair of Leadership Development. An alumni of the prestigious Leadership America program, Fran also sits on the board of directors for Leadership Women, serves as the board secretary for the Alliance of Greater Works and is a former member of the Conference Board’s Global Diversity & Inclusion Executive Council. She is a fellow of the National African American Women’s Leadership Institute (NAAWLI). Fran holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and being her son’s #1 fan at his basketball games.
