Anette Carlisle (Amarillo, Texas) addresses root causes of systemic problems using data analysis, existing resources, and diverse teams to drive community change. Founder and director of Panhandle Twenty/20, Anette drove significant change around education and poverty in the region. Serving as an Amarillo ISD Trustee for 19 years, Anette is now an Amarillo College Regent. Anette is a certified poverty coach, and holds both a BS and an MS in zoology from Texas Tech University. Anette leads The Carlisle Collective, a consulting group working to empower schools and communities. The mother of three creative boys, Anette is married to Taylor Carlisle, an infectious disease doctor. She is a graduate of the Leadership Texas class of 2003, and Leadership International 2013 and 2015.
